  • How can I get physical prints of the photos, beyond the digital format?

We will entrust the production of these prints to a professional lab based in Paris, France, before carefully shipping them to your address by mail.   • Which countries do you deliver physical photos to?

  • My photo is damaged! What can I do?
    If, upon delivery, you find that the conditions have been met, as indicated by your signature on the delivery note, we put your order back into production 24 hours later, with the same love and care. In the event that you notice any damage during delivery, please kindly hand over the damaged print to the carrier so that it can be returned to our premises and treated with all necessary attention. However, if the delivery conditions have not been met, we recommend sending a registered letter to the carrier within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a claim for replacement. If you ever notice any damage to your photos, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible at the following address: Ksitija@ksitija.com.
